With exams approaching fast, Eerde Spring camp is an invaluable opportunity to seek extra support from experienced teachers who are skilled in helping students revise and keep calm.
The Spring Camp at Eerde is the ideal setting for high school students to intensify their revision for the IGCSE and IB exams, and for mid-school students to sharpen their general study skills. Spring camp is open to students aged 12-19 from all over the world.
Through personalised support and guidance, students can enhance their study and written task skills, and focus on identified areas of improvement. Specialist subject teachers are on hand to give tailor-made advice on how to study as well as strategies for approaching an examination. The range of specialist study subjects on offer is also helpful to students needing to retake exams.
Keep calm and carry on
At Eerde Spring camp we place special emphasis on stress reduction through mindfulness, meditation and relaxation techniques. By encouraging students to relax we help them to reach clear insights and to deal confidently with the academic workload and pressure of exams.
There are plenty of opportunities to let off steam and keep in physical shape through intensive aerobic exercise and training, and playing sports on the campus’ indoor and outdoor facilities. Off-campus, popular excursions include a boat tour of Giethoorn, ‘the small Venice of the North’ and a movie night out in Zwolle.
Professional boarding parents take care of students living in Eerde’s cosy boarding house. They are dedicated to creating a happy and safe home and stimulating students to develop a sense of responsibility, independence and respect for one another. Like our Autumn, Winter and Summer vacation camps, Spring Camp is organized by Eerde’s experienced camp coordinator and professional teachers of international education.
